Materials
- Crown and bill are made from lightweight 4.4-oz fabric using 96% NetPlus® postconsumer recycled nylon (from recycled fishing nets) and 4% spandex plain weave, finished with a PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR) coating for light moisture resistance. The sweatband is built from 2.3-oz 100% recycled polyester double knit with a moisture-wicking finish and miDori™ bioSoft for added softness and performance. The chin strap uses 7mm 100% recycled polyester drawcord, and the brim is constructed with 2mm floating EVA foam for structure and buoyancy. All main fabrics are bluesign® approved and made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
